Individual passes and partial membership programs help to serve the needs of both full members and people on the wait list by providing greater flexibility to people on the wait list and streamlining usage to prevent overcrowding. For 2022, these programs will work as follows:
Individual Passes: Based on your selection and availability, you will be allowed 10, 20 or 30 individual pool visits (e.g. passes or coupons) usable during the period from July 5 to Labor Day. An individual pass is a day pass for a single person age 5 and over. For example, if a family of four wants to use the pool on a given day, they would use four of their passes. If they want to bring a guest, that would require a fifth pass. Passes are non- refundable and non-transferable and must be purchased in advance of the season as there are a finite number of passes to be allocated among wait list members. The rate is $13/pass. No pass is necessary for a child under the age of 5. The “passes” will be retained by the front desk attendant (no passes/coupons to lose or forget at home). A signature will be required for each pass used. Individual passes are good for one season only.
Partial Membership Program: We again plan to offer a limited number of partial memberships to people on the wait list. For $950, you and your family can purchase unlimited use of the pool from July 4 through Labor Day. While this may seem costly when compared with the $1000 annual fee for full members, there is no initiation fee or bond required, and you get use of the pool for much of the season. Guests are permitted at the normal member rate of $13. The limited number of partial memberships will be offered in wait list order.
Separate email sign-ups will be sent out giving you an opportunity to respond with your pool selection. Pool privileges will be allocated in wait list order AND by date returned. Requests received after the deadline may not be accommodated.
If you are a wait list or emeritus member, you should have received a communication on April 1, 2022 with a link to a form to indicate your selection. If you did not receive the email, you can use the following link to submit your selection.
